The Zone Face Lift is a natural, non-invasive alternative to Botox and injectables, designed to lift and sculpt your face while supporting your overall wellbeing. During your first session, we'll begin with a short consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, and any specific concerns. This helps tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
Treatment
I work on the reflex points on your face using a combination of facial reflexology, cupping, GuaSha, and Japanese facelift massage techniques.
Aftercare

Course of Treatments
For maximum results, a course of 12 weekly treatments is recommended. This includes a combination of 60- and 90-minute sessions, with holistic facials, reflexology support, REN skincare, and tuition in facial reflexology and GuaSha routines to help maintain results at home. Completing a full course can dramatically enhance the anti-ageing effects and overall wellbeing.

If you commit to a course of 12 weekly treatments, you pay just £750 — a saving of £130 against the individual session price of £880.
Your course consists of ten × 50 minute treatments and two × 80 minute treatments. The longer sessions include a holistic facial using the finest skincare products, plus a foot reflexology treatment. Each week you will receive aftercare advice and tuition on facial reflexology routines to support your holistic well-being, putting you in charge of your journey towards ageing well.
As a complimentary gift, you will also receive a Jade GuaSha sculpting tool along with personal tuition on how to use it at home to keep your results working hard between sessions.

After Your Session
Clients often feel deeply relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated. Some may experience temporary effects such as light-headedness, mild headaches, or emotional release — natural responses as the body rebalances.

The Zone Face Lift may not be suitable if you have:
