About Fiona

Thank you for visiting Dower House Holistic Therapies. My name is Fiona Biggs, and I'm a reflexologist based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. I offer holistic treatments from a calm and tranquil treatment room in my home, where every client receives personalised care in a relaxing environment.

My interest in reflexology began many years ago while travelling through India. I was completely fascinated by the incredible sense of wellbeing I experienced after treatments, and by how aspects of my physical and emotional self could be "read" through my feet. This early experience sparked a lifelong passion for holistic health and natural therapies.

Having worked in the city for 20 years while juggling the challenges of parenthood, I know first-hand how stressful modern life can be. Stress has a profound impact on both physical and emotional health, and I personally experienced how reflexology could help manage stress, aid relaxation, and even support the recovery of a longstanding sports injury.

I was fortunate to leave the corporate world behind and train in reflexology. Since qualifying in February 2018, I have built a loyal client base, many of whom have been with me from the very beginning. Witnessing the positive effects of reflexology on my clients' wellbeing confirmed that this was the path I was meant to follow.
