Foot Reflexology
Experience the Benefits of Reflexology
Relax on a comfortable recliner in our calm, tranquil treatment room while your feet and lower legs receive gentle, soothing reflexology. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, leaving clients feeling deeply relaxed — some even drift off to sleep! Following your treatment, you may notice a profound sense of calm, so allow yourself a little time to unwind.
Reflexology can support both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping you feel balanced, revitalised, and at ease.
To tailor the treatment to your needs, a confidential medical history is taken before your first session.

After Your Session
Some clients may experience a mild "healing response" after reflexology, which can include temporary effects such as:
- Light-headedness or mild headache
- Fatigue or increased need to rest
- Emotional release, such as feeling tearful or introspective
These responses are usually short-lived and are a natural part of the body rebalancing. To support your wellbeing after a session, it's recommended to drink plenty of water, rest if needed, and allow yourself time to fully enjoy the calming benefits of your treatment.
